I perused the book last night. It’s geared toward the younger generation of witnesses. The theme was to stay strong despite the wrong doing or actions of others… (Dare I say hypocrisy?) It shows the organization is acknowledging the wrongs and continues to blame the victims. Yes, cultivating another generation of ‘company men’.

Yes of course, only the "wicked" can be stumbled. Righteous christians will not be stumbled by the actions of others. No matter how bad or evil or unjust.
