  According to this newspaper link, WT spokesman Semonian says in a video that the move is expected in 2017.

  GB's wish is for Warwick to be completed 3 years from this summer. The shortage of workers has moved the GB to even accept 50+ year old JW's

  I looked up Warwick in Wiki.and found this information, "Future home of the World Headquarters of Jehovah's Witnesses".

  This was listed, right at the end of the articles, under ............. Trivia.

  According to a reliable source, there is a "great urgency like never before on a project, to get this completed very quickly."

  Perhaps it's got something to do with having to vacate the Brooklyn buildings totally before they can get their hands on all the money expected!

  So if the GB & Co - horts get their way of having more and more skilled volunteers on site, maybe the project will be completed by 2016.
