hi I ready your rept to treamtments of ubm`s and I had a similary experience my family treats me badly on any occassion they can and when I was still trying to be a jw i went to speak with the elders about it I haven`t been df`ed or even reproved so I was still and Active witness they told me that my "decision" is the cause of all of my troubles. What exactly do they expect for you to do disapproval isn`t exactly jw grounds fir divorce.

My husband, the loyal JW, is deeply hurt by the elders right now. It is clear they consider us "bad association". Me, I don't have much to do with the elders as they don't have any authority over me, and they consider all my words forked anyhow.
The best revenge is to live a noble life, which I do.

I live my life the best way I know how. I just wish that my thick skulled jw family members would understand that Your mate doesn`t make you bad association. my ubm is way better asscociation than my own alcholic father and crazed jw mother.

Hmmmm, are they good association? Consider the source. Some people you just can't save from themselves. Maybe they will wake up one day.
