There is a time and a place

    A time and a place

For everything there is a season

    A time and a place

And here I am, so confused no one will answer my questions because for everything there is

    A time and a place

No room for doubt, no time to question

I think I need to leave

    Now is my time

    My season.

Are you willing to be a little more specific with what's on your mind, dear?

It is just one of those days when I feel so lost.

Sorry i would have come back sooner, but I have a six month old colt which is feeling a little under the weather today too, probably from yesterdays worming medicine.

Lola, it is extremely important to sit and clearly see how much of our suffering is do to thoughts and memories (which are thoughts too). Upon seeing this we can then choose not to go there.

Some of our depression is also chemical and of the normal ups and downs of the body's natural rhythms. Medications can help this, or just being OK with and understanding the body can often times be enough. Be kind and patient with the body's dynamics.

Down days can be great opportunities to just be present in nature and meeting with the present moment. See how much of your pain is from thoughts about how lonely or broken you are. What is here when such thoughts are absent? Has the wonder of life in and around us changed?

Be extra kind and gentle with yourself today; and one way of doing this is to refrain from unnecessary thinking. Feel your breathing. Really feel what it is to be present and alive without thoughts of any kind, good or bad.

You are not alone. You are one with the majesty and allness of existence.

Good advice from James Thomas, Lola. Everyone has those days when ya just feel low, but it is not clinical depression. Remember these low times will pass and tomorrow is a new day. Juni

Sending you prayers and good vibes.

Hope you're finding JamesThomas' suggestions helpful. (I'll try that when I'm really low too)

    "Now is my time

    My season."
There is a deep truth in these two lines. "NOW" is your time, and it's always now. Right now, sit and relax, and simply BE without reverting to any ideas about anything. This is the greatest discovery to be made, the kindest thing you can do for yourself, and the key to unwrapping the mystery of what you really are.
    My best to you,
    poppers
