Prince Charles got married
Liverpool crowned Champions of Europe
Australia lost the Ashes
Pope Died
Year 2005
Prince Charles got married (again)
Liverpool crowned Champions of Europe (again)
Australia lost the Ashes
Pope Died
In future, if Prince Charles decides to re-marry and Liverpool wins another European crown.... please warn the Pope ..

Except the Pope didn't die in 1981. John Paul II reigned (is that the right word? - pontificated maybe) from 1978 to 2005.
Anyway if Benedict XVI lives till Liverpool are European champions again, he'll be an old old man. And as for England winning the Ashes - well, the Second Coming is likely to be sooner than that.
