Right so for the last two months I've been exercising my ass off ..... literally !!!!! I'm doing body for life. I go to gym 6 times a week and train for no less than an hour. My first month I lost 3 kgs, my second month I've only lost 1.2 kgs. Altogether that's only 4.2 kgs - or 9 pounds.
When you step on that scale and you see such a small drop for so much work it can be so discouraging. Though I know I've lost in centimeters - I'm down a dress size already....But STILL you want to see the weight come off.
So I guess it's kg by kg.
