I agree. It came out in 1998 when I was still an active JW and I thought it then too. I guess mentally I was on my way out already. Lying and manipulation by all those around you.

Wow, I've TBS too. Channel 47, but probably everyone does. edited to read: unfortunately, no HBO. The CRTC doesn't approve of it, not 'Canadian' enough.

The Truman show actually had quite a lesson we can learn from.
It showed that we are a product of our enviroment and all that we know is what we see... and what we are taught about what we cannot see.

The GB is Cristoff, interesting that they mention where would he go in the movie (sound familiar) and just befor Truman left the set, Cristoff mentioned that he was too scared to leave. The GB counts on our fear, very effective tool.OC
