As far as i can read english, this is a good witnessing, not angry, clear and not agressive.
For the masturbation's issue, i don't know really the number of young or not young who has this problem on the org, but the one who has not this problem, in my opinion, is really an exception.
But a lot are hypocrit and don't care and can talk about it in a speech like the organisation want them to talk.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading your story on your web-page. As Chasson said, you have presented the information in a very balanced and non-emotional way.
My spiritual journey was awaked by the study of the "Greatest Man" book as well. As we studied that book, I compared Jesus' teachings to those of the WTS, and realised that they mirrored the attitudes of the Pharisees more so than of Jesus. I begun to study the Bible more thoroughly, and as a result, found myself not believing in the FDS anymore either. It was true Christian freedom to realise this!
Glad to have "met" you, and hope you are able to stick around for a while!

What it comes to you, Charlie, I must say my mistake was that I went to the elders with my ''problem'' what was MADE by them a problem. During my battle I didn't understand nor saw how usual the ''problem'' was with the JW's as I do now. Well, I don't consider my private life as my sexual life anybody elses business but mine and God's today. Funny enough, I've been progressing quite a much after having left the JW's in my ''problem''.
Prisca, it's nice to know that the same book started our spiritual journey. I'll be here ev'ry now and then, don't be afraid. BTW, one Finnish ex-JW lives in Brisbane and he has very good net pages in Finnish.
I'll write soon some more...
