Well after 32 years Australia have made history - they are now in the running for the World Cup 2006 at Germany. What a game!!! Aussie Aussie Aussie Oi Oi Oi. Did any of you manage to see it? I don't really like seeing a game ending with penalty shootouts but the Aussie goalie did marvellously. Still on a high!!!! alw

Thanks Ozzie - I did look for another post - didn't want to duplicate but couldn't find one. Wasn't looking in the right place. It was a good match and really felt for all the players - a long tiring night but well rewarded for the Aussies. alw

Don't rely upon the USA-centric CNN but try Sky Channel - you've got more chance there.
