Anyway the reason Essie posted is because we got terrible news about a case we've been following and trying to help out with.
The mother lost custody. All the father had to do is agree not to shun the mother or teach the children to do the same. It was a crushing blow!The children were to be picked up tonight.
Well, we have good news!
The father could not agree to this so the judge declared his afidafit insufficient.
The kids remain with their mother!!!

It is a victory yes!!
I am thrilled the children are able to be with their mother for the weekend. Unfortuantely it is not over.
Anyone facing this situation has to start laying the groundwork for more appeals and Society interference.
The non-JW parent has to show themselves to be tolerant, accomodating and balanced. This flies in the face of the JW parent. The Society has not apparently been involved in this yet since the husband was soooo intolerant and dumb in his responses.
I send the mom a note privately in this regard. Should anyone else ever be involved in such a case please consider the above suggestion. I am also available to those need direction about how to counter-act the Society's legal dept.
