Philippians 4: 8-9 (New World Translation) 8 Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are of serious concern, whatever things are righteous, whatever things are chaste, whatever things are lovable, whatever things are well spoken of, whatever virtue there is and whatever praiseworthy thing there is, continue considering these things. 9 The things that YOU learned as well as accepted and heard and saw in connection with me, practice these; and the God of peace will be with you. Watchtower/1980/Dec/15/p.-29/ • Does “sacred service” include everyday activities of life, such as caring for our families, maintaining good morals and the like? No. “Sacred service” applies to that which directly involves our worship of God. It includes formal and informal witnessing, sharing in worship at Kingdom Halls, caring for our meeting places, all activity related to providing Bibles and Bible literature, as well as sacrifices that we may make in encouraging and aiding our brothers, spiritually and materially, to keep active in Jehovah’s work.—8/15, pp. 30, 31. ------------------------------------------------------------- If Kingdom Halls are to be regarded as "sacred"---then why are they being bought and sold on Ebay? Is taking care of the Kingdom Hall, or going out in the ministry work today, more important or regarded "more sacred" in God's eyes than taking care of my sick mother or father? Does that extra hour spent out in the fileld ministry mean more to God or regarded "more sacred" than my "morals?" Doesn't the Ten Commandments "command" us to love our mother and our father? Where in the Ten Commandments are the words, "Kingdom Hall?"

Not only are the Kingdom Halls supposedly "sacred", they're also supposedly "dedicated to the exclusive use of the most high god." Or something like that. We weren't even allowed to put up a Thank You card on the bulletin board because it was "holy". I've always wondered myself how they justify selling them off. Do they conduct an "undedication ceremony"?
In this are they sold two Halls. One was bought by another religion and the other is a private home.

It was interesting to me to read in Jehovah's Witness produced literature how hate is actually love. According to the Jehovah's Witnesses, it's actually possible to love someone such as a father or a mother by hating them. I just did a search using "Godly hate".
