Can you imagine 8 million people trying to get about and around in NYC? Without buses, trains, etc.
On top of this were expecting an inch of snow and freezing rain!
I hope Not...we'll find out at midnight tonight! They are planning a 4 passenger restriction on all autos south of 96th street. It's going to be one big nightmare!
Let's hope that they don't strike!!!
