Kerry Louderback-Wood's article, "Jehovah's Witnesses, Blood Transfusions, and the Tort of Misrepresentation," is presently being translated into 16 languages: Portuguese, Spanish, Polish, Norwegian, German, French, Swedish, Italian, Russian, Hebrew, Finnish, Danish, Japanese, Korean, Albanian and Dutch.
Yesterday, the editor of the Journal of Church and State gave permission for Ms. Wood's article to be put on the Internet in any language, OTHER THAN ENGLISH.
Please note: If in English, this article CAN NOT be put on any Internet site.
If you would like to translate the article into a language which is not listed above, please PM me.
    Thank you,

Well, so many more people are going to learn about the misinformation now that it's got to be GOOD NEWS!

I don't understand why English is the only language it cannot be released. Why is this?

My Autumn copy just came in the snail mail this week.

I had already read most of it through a friend, yet plan on re-reading it in its entirety. It's pretty detailed. This time, I want to take my time reading it. Take and make notes.

Incidently, my neighbor is an emergency room doctor. I asked if he would be interested in reading the essay. He said yes. We talked about the policy and how many have died due to IT.

I'll let you know what his comments were. I'm sure he is too busy right at this time, Christmas, to concentrate on its contents. I'll take it over there next week.
