A Legal Idea vs their Charitable Status

The WTBTS exists and dodges taxes because it is registered as a 501(c)(3) Public Charity. We could kick them in the nuts if such status is revoked. How? I'n not a lwyer but I found this:

    Religious Organizations

To determine whether an organization meets the religious purposes test of section 501(c)(3), the IRS maintains two basic guidelines.
    1. That the particular religious beliefs of the organization are truly and sincerely held.
    2. That the practices and rituals associated with the organization's religious belief or creed are not illegal or contrary to clearly defined public policy.

    1) The IRS might be interested on the WT's flip flop of their "particular religious beliefs" and how some of them are not "trully and sincerely held."

    2) If the blood transfusion resource is actually proven to be "misleading" (Re: The BIG NEWS) it could be taken further into this concept. Their two-witness "religious belief" is certainly illegal as it is required to be reported to law enforcement.

Again, I'm not a lawyer, but I know this is where they will hurt most.

I think that if enough exJayDubs who were literature servants explainded to the IRS how the WT is misrepresenting their distribution of literature, saying it is free with one hand, then holding out their other hand for payment, they would be far more interested, cause their is a smell of money.
