If you are no longer a jw and other jws are suppose to shun you now, were do they get that from does it say in the bible to do that, if not is there any scriptures that dont directly say it but they believe say it

They use (among others) 2 John 1:10 "If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, never receive him into your homes or say a greeting to him." Verse 9 indicates this refers to someone that was 'in the faith' and quit.
I have asked a few Jw's to explain 2 Corinthians 2:6 which refers to a "majority" of the congregation that shunned a man. What happened to the "minority" that didn't shun him? Why weren't they rebuked?
Never gotten an explanation yet.
