After barreling down into a dark puddle of indifference upon leaving the watchtower group, I had a rare uninvited lightbulb moment this morning.
Like so many abused children who grow up only to abuse others, the watchtower has reversed it's roll from persecuted to persecutor.

To annoy persistently; bother.But, it dawned on me this morning (right after dawn) that the watchtower publishing house has spent it's entire life turning into something it itself despised. They have gone from freedom fighters and victims of religious persecution to *gasp* a filthy group of double talking GAG MEN.
Now that their propagandic public pamphlets have done a good enough job in sequestering millions of malleable minds, they have downsized the printing facilty and shifted focus to the new work at hand. Stamping out the thousands, if not millions of fires they have started along the way.
A fire is created when a watchtower created atomoton actually begins to think for himself.
These fires are dangerous and left unchecked could threaten the entire watchtower empire with obliteration.
Thus, the watchtower freedom fighters have now become fire fighting lawyers.
Ah yes, the victim certainly has become the abuser. Once the brave David, fighting for religious freedom against the giant Goliath US government. Now, the watchtower has turned into it's most hated and vile enemy...the nazi gestapo.
Shining it's ridgid fascist flashlight into every crevice of the internet searching to supress the opposition through terror and censorship.
