I listened to it. The guy, after an extraordinary amount of research, has concluded that some of what we today find in the Bible just wasn't there originally. It's hard to debate the scriptural reference he claims is spurious when it appears it was never found in any Greek manuscripts--but only in the later Latin Vulgate. It was also interesting to note that this scripture is one used as the primary support for the Trinity doctrine. The WTS will probably gobble this up and refer to it in their publications--but reject everything else shown in the book.
As a JW, this guy would've irritated me to no end. The thing my mind always defaulted to was the standard JW party line: If there really is an Almighty God, He would have no problem making sure his thoughts were recorded accurately in the Bible.
But what were my reasons for actually believing the Bible was His inspired word? The fulfillment of prophecy and the harmony found within. But, as it turns out, there is a good deal of disharmony. All I can say is now I can allow myself to listen to guys like this.

What happened to these books why are they not here today? What happened to them? The theology that won out is the religion of today; any thinking that did not coincide with their religious ideas was erased. It was a great power; people do not realize that many theologies existed and only because Constantine the religion of today developed. The Crusades happened to destroy all the theologies and any writings that disagreed with their thinking were erased. We are lead to believe that the reason is they are agnostic writings not in agreement with GOD thinking how do we know that because what we have to read has been handed down only because it was in harmony with what they think. How do we know their think was right?
