Does anyone know where I can access copies of these political cards with wording in English?

If you go to this site http://www.jwfiles.com/mexico.htm, you will find a copy of my cartilla. The Mexican government never issued cartillas in English because they are for Mexican nationals only. I can translate for you any wording you are looking for.

Thank you. I actually have this copy, but need to know the English translation. What I am looking for is some kind of proof in wording that says they are joining the military by having a party card. Could you translate the exact wording in this for me? That would be so helpful!
