Constantly, and I quickly learned to choose who I spoke my feelings to.
The WBTS is niether faithfull or discreet.Thier involvement with the United Nation`s is but one example of that...OUTLAW
Doesn't make me feel uneasy but it will make me feel them out a little. I am friends with a few in my area that are definately on the fringe of "the truth." A few that i can speak my mind to though not completely. A few that pretty much have decided to believe what they want and stay in the truth for their families or their history. They are out there.
I know what you are talking about. I've seen some brothers pretty upset, but if your reasoning is sound they can never really find a good argument against what you are saying, the conversation just stops.
It's amazing how this works. I've known brothers in the hall who are so confident in what they believe, but when you ask them to defend their beliefs they get angry or upset. They view your questions as worthless, the general opinion "whatever is in the magazine is correct" takes them over. They don't know what to do. They are just as lost as everybody else. It's like the phrase goes:
A little knowledge is a dangerous thing
A few times I thought they would have me in the back room for things I said. The PO had me in the back room chewing my ass of when I was the account servant. That’s another story..
