  Speaking of which it is funny that the WTS loves to quote this verse yet they don't apply it to themselves. Man, this weekend I boxed every piece of literature I had and it filled a huge box!!! in fact it was over flowing the tops. I have no idea how I'm going to get it out of my place. made more room in my bookshelf for those wordly, more meaningful books

  The making of many books indeed!!! (books which should come with expiration dates and Mr Yuck stickers IMO) Fits the Society to a T. I've never read more wearisome books.

  My mother said to me recently that my faith had been destroyed by reading "other" books (nor from the Society). I had to answer, first of all, what faith? Faith in God? Not destroyed. Faith in Jesus? Never had it as a JW. Faith in men and human organizations? YES. But reading books published by the Society destroyed that faith even more than the "other" books did, as did reading the Bible.
