First came Satan, than came Pagan pushing Zeus in a baby carriage. I'm sure the Tower has new light on the "origins of the gods," but I'm always running ahead of the organization. :))

The talks and literature I’ve read (JW and other Christian) trace the legends of ancient Gods back to pre-flood times when the Sons of God materialized human bodies and took earthling women as mates. They (angels who forsook their heavenly dwelling places) and their offspring (nephilim) are the Gods of old.

sO eUROPA wasn't a Phoenican princess as said by Herodtus.

(Of course, the question arises, should true christian use the name of a Nephilim's wife?

Either is Woden a virtue deitified?
