As far as I know, there isn't a translation of the whole Ethiopic Bible in English. For the most part, translations of individual books in the Ethiopic canon (e.g. Jubilees, 1 Enoch, etc.) are available seperately in critical editions. There is an incomplete attempt to translate the Ethiopic Bible into Rastafarian English:

Bear in mind that there are modern Amharic and Ge'ez translations of the Bible available, but these are not the traditional Ethiopic text and canon but represent attempts by Protestant Bible Societies to provide a version based on the same textual witnesses and canon as most Protestant versions.

No wonder I was having so much trouble finding one. It's too bad, I actually came across one web site that had the individual books tranlated in English, but I was so sure I could get all of them together somewhere I just moved on,
