Yes indeed, Welcome! It does sound like you've had a time of it.
Does your wife know you've been on this site and others? We were all taught that "apostates" are the worst kind of vile people, so it might be scary for her. But you've both seen how wrong the Watchtower was about "worldly" people -- maybe she'll allow in time that the Watchtower is utterly wrong about apostates as well.

Welcome to the forum Witnesscorn, it's nice to see that you are leaving this high control cult that has intruded so much in your life trying to even stop you from getting married. You will find many friends here that will readily understand the way you feel.
