Have any GB members died from refusing blood? Or have any ever accepted blood?

bttt - I think that if any GB member accepted blood, it would be the most carefully guarded secret of the WTS.

I'm sure they'd find some way to justify why a GB member should be allowed to accept it ...but they'd still keep mum.
Who knows, maybe some of the weirdo blood fraction policies were developed due to some JW higher-up needing them to stay alive.
