recipe needed

Can anyone help please?

I want to make a lamb casserole at the weekend, I have searched the internet for a recipe but can't find anything that looks easy and tasty.

I haven't looked at the other posters' links but I'd recommend Moroccan Lamb Stew, which should be pretty easy to find a recipe for on the net.

I should have added that that is a great site...I use it alot!

Whatever recipe you use, I suggest that you add a cup of coffee (or just instant coffee).

Many folk, especially Asians, find that lamb has a pungent smell. The coffee dismisses that odour. You cannot taste the coffee in the finished meal.

That is a secret that I have been using for 40 years. It works.
