I use a very old Cakewalk software and an Alesis Quadrasynth Piano Plus.

Wow you work fast!
That it is unusual how fast I work I've grown to appreciate.
I can do three minutes of composition fully orchestrated, arranged and recorded in 4 hours.
The average film composer might do 30 seconds a day!
Why?
My conception comes quickly and I "hear" how it should sound inside my head.
Go figure!
