Hi vbMark. I've only got Acrobat Reader installed but it's not decrypting your file. I've only tried downloading and reading the Witnessing one so far. May be my software. We'll need another poster to give feedback. . . .

Works here clam but i'm using version 7, the latest.. Maybe you need to update.

Now that is exactly how my computer crashed - trying to update Acrobat Reader.

Sorry the document is not working for you. I've had it tested with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat and it works fine.
You should go ahead and update anyway.
