I just finished reading an article on major insurance companies that are 'quietly' offering kidnap insurance to people in Texas. The policies cost between 1800. and 7500. per year and are selling like hot cakes. Apparently there were at least 35 Americans that went missing along the border there - 2 are dead and a handful were returned, but this is just the tip they say, because much of it isn't publicized.
