on his nose, in the little groove bihind his left nostril. He wears glasses and says it hurts when his glasses fall on it. If was so funny when he approached me about it today. He came up to me and asked what was this bump on his nose. I looked at it and told him it was a pimple. This is the look he got on his face . Hee hee

I discovered that sugar and fat are really big culprits in the zit war.
I also discovered back in the 70's that taking Vitamin A or Beta-Carotene daily will cause the swelling and soreness to go away.
