I was having an issue only with the Captcha part of signing in.
I was using the Swype keyboard and kept getting rejected - the verify icon wouldn't light up.
I switched to the standard keyboard for iOS and Voila!
That has worked every time for me now.
Hope it helps somebody.
I haven't confirmed any issues on Android.

You have to be careful with mobile keyboards - they are sometimes overly keen to autocorrect words and that can really interfere with things like CAPTCHA where you often have to enter misspellings or non-words.

My issue on my iPad is that I have to log in every time I come to the site. Ticking the "I am not on a public computer" checkbox does nothing. Anyone else have this problem?

I did fix an issue with the 'remember me' ... maybe some other problem as well. I'll go to Costco and do some debugging on their iPads LOL.
Emulator doesn't show any issue.
BTW: what browser? Safari? What iOS version?

Safari. I have chrome installed, I suppose I could try that too. It's been going on for a while, I'm on iOS 8.1 currently.

I'm 8.1.2. I don't have any issues on Safari.
It stays signed in for me. Weird.
At the moment I am having an issue with Chrome though on the iPad.
