I haven't been to a meeting in years so can't tell you df stats from there but there are a few jc meetings that are being reported here. It might just feel like more to me because those are threads that I follow.
Regarding the newbie increase, every few months the seems to be an abundance.

come on guys, this is auxilary pioneer time, so we get more people lurking on this site at this time of year, or at least i think so, if not correct me please. Maybe some are counting their time posting on this site so as to count it toward aux pioneering.

We can never have an accurate picture of what goes on in the JWs just by looking at what gets posted on this forum a lot more JWs get D'Fed than those that start posting here.
