You need to 'host' the picture. Do this:

go to www.tinypic.co
Upload you picture by using the 'browse' button and select your picture (the 'tag' just means to give it a name)
Click the 'host image' button
go to the bottom, you'll see your picture and highlight the 'URL' address
Come back to JWD, find the thread and hit 'reply'
There's an icon, just left of the smiley face, it looks like a letter with a stamp on it and a link, click it and paste the highlighted URL address, then click 'ok' and it will appear

.... see, the first bunny had his bottom bit off, and the second bunny had his ears bit off so that he couldn't..... aw, never mind.
