I want to take this opportunity to express my love and thanks to all of you who have generously offered to support me during this time in my life, both financially and emotionally.

I haven't been in a position to respond to any of my e-mail yet, but I promise I will do so soon. I read the eulogy for my father I posted here to my mother and she clarified a few points and told me that she would like to have it read at my father's memorial service!

For those who have expressed a desire to sent flowers or cards in behalf of my father and his family, you can do so at the address below. My father's memorial service will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time at

    Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses
    Mill Creek Congregation
    2400 South 600 East
    Salt Lake City, Utah 84106

When I told my mother of the great outpouring of love and support from many whom I've never even met or talked with on the phone, she was greatly touched.

Thank you all. I am greatly touched as well. There were many, many times I didn't think life could be this good or that having so many caring friends would ever be possible for me.

This is proof to me that despite all the bickering and cries of fowl and whining on the board there is alot of good being done here and genuine caring.

I hope your day's going well, Farkel.

It's great that you and your mother are talking, and that she likes your loving words of your father.

A fine gift you've given her.

    Farkel,

I'm glad your mother liked your eulogy, and that you will get a chance to read it.
It was very touching and I'm not the mushy type.

I'll defend your right to say it, but it doesn't mean I beleive it.
