1 tablespoon oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 large cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
2 medium potatoes, washed, peeled, and cubed
1 small green pepper, cored and chopped
2 small tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and cut into pieces
100 grams of dried egg noodles

I think i see the future for the WT. They should ditch all that 1914 garbage and devote more time to cooking recipes.
