Will somebody help me word this. .... I want to be kind but firm...
Hi @@@@@@,
****** and I received a refund today from you and ********. Thank you., We were expecting copies of any/all receipts or detailed estimates for repairs you made or need to make to the backyard. Please mail us copies as well as pictures you have of the backyard prior to our moving in, pictures you took at anytime while were living there, and any pictures taken during the walk-through.
We understand our dogs caused damage to the backyard but we can't help but feel your charges are exaggerated.
I'm sorry if we have offended you in any way. ****** and I really do want the charges to be fair on both sides. We did just as you asked and repaired the gate and still you are charging us, we feel, unfairly.
Help, please

Wow. What else did your dog damage?
Actually we have a rental property, and now prohibit dogs because of the damage they've caused. Sure the tenant nailed back up the planks the dog broke, but they didn't replace them or repaint them, fill in the holes it dug, replace the plants it killed, clean the garage it had soiled...
Just saying; the apple of your eye causes more damage than you think. Just pay up.

Thanks for the reply. I just think we are being charged too much for the damage my dog caused. We fixed the gate just the way they asked us to. I'm not trying to get out of paying for it. Again, I just think it should be fair.
