You should consult a lawyer before picketing. I have known people that have made people so mad that a fight broke out and they were charged with disorderly conduct. Then you will need to hire a criminal lawyer and possibly face a civil lawsuit by the person that you get into a fight with.

You should also never picket alone and arrive and leave the picket as a group.

PM Danny Hazzard. I think he's posted pics of himself picketing various places wearing a placard with even stronger language than what you are considering.

Yeah... if Danny reads this, I would also like to know the details of picketing. I am not planning on picketing anytime soon, but I am curious and interested, and it's good for future reference.

Slander : The oral utterance or spreading of FALSEHOOD, harmful to anothers reputation. So nope. I would just see what your cities laws are on picketing and then do what you gotta do!! Have fun
