Robert Farley of the St. Petersburg Times recently wrote an article called SCIENTOLOGIST'S POLICY TOWARD OUTCASTS UNDER FIRE which efforts were made to 'squash' the article by that church.
The interesting thing is that Jehovah's Witnesses were mentioned twice in the article as being similiar in their 'Shunning' of dissodents.
In the Tampa Bay Florida area's burgeoning Scientology community, members abide by a policy considered by some religious experts as extreme: Scientologists declare their outcasts "suppressive persons" (SP's).
Another Scientology policy called "disconection" forbids Scientologists from interacting with a suppressive person. No calls, no letters, no contact. An SP is a pariah. Anyone who communicates with an SP risks being branded an SP.
Keep up the good work Watchtower, you're in good company!
