What's the rule on fireworks these days? Apparently ok? would that be because most fireworks are actually done on the 3rd instead of the 4th?

uh, according to my calendar it is only the 2nd today.
But yeah, celebrating the birth of this country is a pretty happy thing!
Our town is having a huge fest complete with parade in the morning and fireworks in the park that night.
Pancake breakfast too.
We're going.
