Stone Phillips just reported via cel phone that a bomb sniffing dog has alerted police to something in the Empire State Building. They are evacuating everyone, including reporters to several blocks away.
Ugh. I hope the dog is wrong.
If there is really a bomb in there, I fear for big tourist attractions, like Disney World :( :( :( :( :(
Now CNN is confirming that they are also evacuating Penn station...
