  I've heard all of those scriptures preached and I have taught them...in their correct context. That is something that many ex-JW, especially the unbelievers, can't understand.

  What do you mean by "equal"? Like it or not, they are different! I wouldn't want to be treated like a woman anymore than woman would want to be treated like a man! That doesn't mean that men and women are not equal in God's eyes

  Equal status, equal rights, equal possibility to speak and teach in church –to start with. The differences between man and woman doesn’t mean that women should be subjected to men, wife to husband. I mean treated equally before the law, the community or religious gathering or ceremonies. That males are given much more privileges and authority in the bible is undeniable.

  Maybe I have missed out some scriptures and you can show me in context where I can find women receiving equal possibility to reach out for privileges of oversight. Thank you.
