Precicely, what is "Jehover's Organization"?

Something I have noticed about the Watchtower Society is that it denies being Jehover's Organization. Instead they say they are a publishing corporation that caters to the needs to Jehover's Witnesses by printing literature, organizing conventions, aiding in the construction of facilities, etc.

This is true! That is all they do. They also deny being the Faith and Discrete Slave, so this leaves us with some very simple but critical questions:

    • What is Jehover's Organization? Where is it physically located? Who are it's members? Is it a legally recognized corporation or is it just an abstract concept? How does one become a member and how does not stop being a member? How does one act in a loyal manner toward Jehover's Organization?
    • What is a Jehover's Witness? The Watchtower Society denies that Jehover's Witnesses work for them or are their agents, therefore Jehover's Witnesses have NOTHING to do with the Watchtower Society. So, how does one become a Jehover's Witness? Can anyone simply say: "I'm a Jehover's Witness"? If the Watchtower Society, as they claim, has no official connection with Jehover's Witnesses, how can they deny what the person says?
    • What is the Faithful and Discrete Slave? Who are the people? What are their names? How do they use the Watchtower Society to publish their "spiritual food" without being affiliated with the Watchtower Society in any way?

Jehover's Witnesses are *required* to be loyal to Jehover's Organization and to follow the direction of the Faith and Discrete Slave. If these two groups of people cannot be lined up and named then how can one be loyal to them?

What is the "spirit-directed organization" that modern day dubs get baptized into? Is this different than Jehovah's Organization?

every elder I have ever talked to says it IS Jehovahs organization. GB double speak JR Brown doublespeak may try and get away from this , but it is an organization on earth (like the ancient Israelites) headed by Jehovah

The organization is the collective mindset. The corporations are merely tools used by the collective.

"Jehovah's Organization" is a "meta-entity." It is made up of individuals who are imperfect, and yet it is not imperfect. It's like getting a bunch of people with no musical talent together and calling them a band.

It is deceptive double-speak. Show me this "organization." Can I talk to it? Touch it?

No, it's like Jesus' presence: invisible. . . and imaginary. It's a license to lie, a license to cheat and a license to kill.

They use the term 'faitful slave' so that there can be no boundries on who really is leading the congregation as well as who is really chosen.

Good topic, Elsewhere. I was trying to reason with my mother on this a few months ago when telling her for the first time of my position on the WTS. It kind of goes like this...

-Your faith is in the Watchtower Society. No it isn't! It's in Jehovah, Jesus and the Faithful & Discreet Slave.

-Okay, who is the F&DS then? They are those spirit-anointed "sons of God" who are still on earth.

-Do you worship them? Of course not. They're just humans being directed by Jehovah to direct us.

-How does the F&DS direct you? (This one usually results in a pause, then something like...) By individually doing their part to teach, encourage and support Jehovah's people in congregations and territories all over the earth.

-So what is the Watchtower Society? It's the legal instrument used by the Faithful & Discreet Slave. It's only a corporation.

-If it's only a corporation, do you feel that you can receive Jehovah's approval without the WTS? No.

-How does the F&DS tell the WTS what to publish? (Your guess is as good as mine here. You'll probably get all manner of responses.)

I'll quote former JW, Paul Blizard, on this. He was trying to get this very question from Fred Franz at Bethel...

I asked: “Brother Franz, since the Watchtower Society in Brooklyn is the only outlet for God to speak through, by way of printed materials and so forth, how would someone of the “remnant” get information from God to other Witnesses? I mean … how would an older sister, say, way out in the country, for example, give Spiritual food from Jehovah to others?”

Franz’s face turned red and he replied: “How? … By supporting what is printed in the Watchtower, that’s how!” With that, he went to his room. End of discussion.

The fact is it's the Watchtower Society that is directing things. My father has professed to be of the anointed since before I was born. Do you think the Society was calling him for his thoughts on important matters? What do you think would happen if he had called, trying to make some input? As Ray Franz brought out in "Crisis of Conscience," there was no such provision. And if the Society directors themselves don't listen to the supposed individual members of the F&DS, then how on EARTH should they expect rank and file JWs do this?
