FLUFF WARNING: Got my Dobes!

  I have adopted 2 beautiful, 120 pounds each, Dobermans.

  They are true gentlemen, laying quietly together in the house until the time comes to go out.

  They are beautiful dogs one is 6 and one is 3; both males and are totally bonded. When we walk on a leash it is attached and they actually walk or run like a pair of horses with me in between. If they feel a threat they pull in front, ears and head erect. They do not lunge or pull, but if there is direct eye contact from someone, or an approach directly there are warning barks.

  These dogs are extremely loving and calm. One was trained by the police. They are very remarkable.

  Just had to share this with any Dobe lovers out there.

  I never owned a Doberman, but a friend of mine had one. Every time I visited, this full-grown dog (who thought he was still a puppy) tried to climb into my lap to be petted. Since I'm fairly small, he almost never succeeded. Absolutely adorable dog.

  Yes, we had one many years ago....He was a FAB dog...I miss him dearly...

  We moved to town and I wanted another one very badly but, I found it to be unfair for the dog in a small area of a backyard...( No where to run)

  I started to look for a miniature Dobe but found them to be very expensive and a very long waiting list for one...So, I settled for a mini dachund pup..( Otherwise known as a wiener dog ...)

  He is a doll and I love him just as much.....

  You are a very kind hearted person to adopt take on a couple of Dobe’s......You will defiantly be safe as well cause they do their job but, also are gentle as babies...
