Next month is the annual "How did we do last year" talk on dub activity.
This pep talk is quickly forgotten, but some interesting things can be gleaned regarding your congregation, such as meeting attendance, hours spent in service.
At our cong. meeting, attendance is down for all meetings, particularly the congregation book study which was about 80%.
