What are they thinking?

At the meeting Sunday the guest speaker said that "we desperately yearn for the end of this old system." How could anyone in their right mind wish death upon 99.9% of humanity? I have many relatives that are not witnesses and I wish them to harm.

Do the witnesses realize that if their wish comes true that there will be no electricty, running water for toliets, or fresh food. Who is going to bury the billions of dead people? Do they expect the birds and animals to clean things up? Even if they could it would take month to do this. How would you like to live in a neighborhood with dead bloated bodies laying around stinking up the place while you have not sewage, air conditioning, heat, runnning water, electric lights?

I am sure that not having any of the above that they will still have their 5 meetings a week.

Some times I just want to scream.

That's the thing...they're not thinking....except for the WTBTS provided mantra of ..'Jehovah Will Provide' , 'Jehovah will Provide!'

I'm afraid if he doesn't 'provide' for a huge swather of humanity now, there's no way he will in the future. Air, water and a few bits of food is not enough for a human race to survive on. We need so many other things.

After my brother died My mom said.......Jehovah please put an end to this system soon......something like that.

I think it is a very selfish comment.

I don't think the jws have any clue as to what life would be like post - armageddon, and I doubt many of them really give it much thought. Most of them are too busy trying to found good enough to survive it. As Gill said, they have this vague notion that, whatever things are like, Jehovah will provide for them.

It's the ultimate definition of a cult. Believe! Believe!

They have a distorted view that if worldy [sic] people don't want to die then they'd better get into the trufe. If they don't they're going to die and that's the choice they've made.

It makes me want to stab myself in the knee with a pencil.

And then they will become ungrateful just like the Isrealites! Wonder what the punishment will be then?

We never worried about not having trucks to bring in building supplies (that come from NOwhere) to build homes.....or to live in the "previously-used" homes that were left over----that have NO toilet facilities or running water, sewage systems, etc, etc. How about no way of cooking except on a handmade stone BBQ pit??

About those baskets and wheelbarrows we see on those pictures---the ones laden down with gigundo fruit and veggies? Where do ya imagine they came from....Walmart?

The JWs just glide dreamy-eyed through life, expecting some fairy godmother-type to wave that magic wand and POOF everything comes up roses!

    Get a GRIP, JWs!!!!

    AWAKE! UP!
