Thanks to all who have responded with my questions about law and and illness and my legal rights. I now know from my attorney that I actually do have more control than I was led to believe. Now my kids All in their mid 20's and early 30's get only what I want them to have. Like one of my friends told me if you don't fly first class your heirs will.
I think I am finally free!!

I'm sssssoooooooo glad! Now you better focus on your recovery. The way to get back at your kids is to live longer to make them miserable!! I used to tell my daughter and stepkids, if I didn't make them mad at least once a day, I wasn't doing a very good job being a parent!!
