I just received a newsletter that said I requested it using one of my email accounts. Why the paranoia? It is a long story in which only the jw I know and is an administrator for our computers would even know I was at this semi-religious site. I haven't even been to this site in maybe a year, but he may have been. It is a yahoo acct. thanks, I don't know how easy it would be for him to contact yahoo and get my password or something. Didn't a guy here do that and find out his wife was emailing somebody?

Thanks anyway! The weird thing is that the time I did go it, I was directed to it by him. Since then I have changed my email. I wish I was a computer genius.

If this person is an administrator for your computer, then there are other ways for him to find out your password and websites you have visited. Perhaps he has a keylogger installed on your computer, or some "spyware" that keeps track of everything you do on the computer, either on or off the web. The best thing to do concerning your Yahoo account is to log on to it from another computer for which this person does not have admin powers, and then immediately change your password!
Do not access again the account from the computer to which this person has access! If you log in from there then he would only find out your new password.
It sounds like your computer usage is being monitored more than you realize.

I dont know if you just started using computers but I wouldnt believe the first sentence. I see that all the time. Hit delete if you dont want it. Dont think your anonymous when you are on a computer. Though I doubt any Jw's would go through the trouble of tracing you or finding out who you are.
