I am intrigued by this place - does it still exist and does anyone know anything about it now such as who owns it and who lives there ?

The Beth Sarim was built in 1929 and sold in 1948 though it was meant to be kept in perpetual trust by the WTS until the princes returned. The same happened with Beth Shan built in 1939 and sold in 1945.

As of 2005, an attorney by the name of James R. Lance lived there. (Public record, no need to delete)
In 2001 Beth Sarim was designated a Historical Landmark by the San Diego Historical Resources Board!
So now it is a famous San Diego landmark!

In that 1930 census listing for the residents of Beth Sarim the omission of Sister Mary Rutherford is plainly seen! The reason is simple. She didn't live at Beth Sarim!

Beth-Sarim is what lead me to question the Org. IMO this is the grandest of all false prophecies. Because its actually real-estate.
They would have been better off just demolish it like it was never there.
