Pride, envy, gluttony, lust, anger, greed, sloth... wow, the deadly sins. Is it just me, or do these seem like they should be the "hohum" sins, or the "god will get slightly annoyed at you" sins? I dunno, Im just sayin.

Some of them might be a little dangerous, but not that deadly really. Hohum sounds about right.

I remember my husband and I going back and forth about the 7 deadly sins. He swore they were in the bible.
And I knew that there were 7 things God hates, but it didn't sound like that.
" These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among the brethren."
