Yes, there is a group that meets once a month in Collinsville, Illinois. Check them out in Christianwitness.com in yahoo group. It will tell you the location for meeting place and time. I personally never checked it out but I just now started to getting e-mails from them. Still trying to decided if I want to get involve with them.

You can also go to meetup.com and search ex-jehovah's witnesses. Then you can type in your zipcode and find out if there are any close enough to you. If not you can start a group yourself.
