Having Bible studies to make you strong

    How many times in the religion were you offered a bible study to build yourself up again?I have been thinking about it and i think i must hold the current title for this cos apart from the first study which brought me in i have had at least seven others!Everytime i got 'weak' i'd be offered yet another study with some sister to help me - and one is trying to get me to have another one but i've had 2 with her b4!!Personally i think that with all these studies under my belt i don't think another one is going to help me much do you!How about you can anyone else beat eight studies?

    I was offerred a bible study last year when I was missing meetings, as I was obviously spiritually weak. I didn't take them up on it, I da'd instead.

    Good for you!I did write my letter last week but my husband freaked and i lost my bottle!I thought it was quite good though so its a shame they won't see it!You have alot of guts

    i had 6 studies ...could have been more, but i can't remember it that well. they all tried to get me to get baptised but gave up because i was too willful and dumped me off on someone else.

    Think about it..When has a Jehovah`s Witness anywhere,ever at anytime,had a bible study?..Jehovah`s Witness`s study books about the bible,written by the WBT$..There is no bible study.There will never be a bible study,by a Jehovah`s Witness...OUTLAW

    I had my studies AFTER i was baptised!And every book said the same stuff and i still don't get half of it (606 daniel and banded tree revelation etc etc yawn!)

    My uncle bugs me about studying with him every once in a while. I just say "well, I'm studying with my mom.", even though thats a lie.

    I bet he's to embarassed to ask if she studies with me, cuz that would question her loyalty :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: .

    You do know that they can count their time even though you are baptized. No wonder she wanted another one with you!

    Those are just WT reindoctrination sessions...not a study of the Bible. If you asked just to study the Bible and leave out the WT literature....
